Role & Responsibility :-
To be responsible for developing the sales growth in all channel of distribution and ensure the sales budget achievement as plan. Analyze and develop the sales/market share gain through the winning path to purchase strategy (Assortment, price, channel, merchandising, visibility and promotion). Understanding the shopper, channels, competition environment to develop shopper marketing strategy to win over competitors. Ensure the effective and successful implementation of trade marketing and consumer promotion via trade programs in all channels. Build strong partnerships with the trades/principals. Ensure all trade programs and activities are in compliance with the existing regulations and internal compliance requirements.
