Lead Professional Services Engineer

 Job responsibilities

  • Define project scope, develop and manage project plans, determine necessary resources and establish project timelines
  • Work with leadership to identify and implement metrics to track success, ensuring phases across pre-sales, sales, delivery and post-delivery are successful and drive revenue through hitting goals
  • Become the subject matter expert of Eko platform and discuss with customer management from a project management, deployment, security and integration point of view
  • Deliver implementation, architecture design,on boarding, integration, consulting, and ongoing technical services to help customers realize the full potential of Eko’s platform
  • Manage, coach, and mentor professional service / partner who are passionate about service and client success
  • Work closely with Business development and engineering in delivering the technical integrations, configurations, and initial customer on boarding
  • Ensures high client satisfaction on all Professional Service engagements
  • Ensure regular and timely communication with clients regarding product schedules and deliverable to enable project success
  • Continuous analysis and improves of Professional Services solutions, policies, processes and procedures as well as the ongoing performance of team members
  • Solve complex technical issues involving multiple technology stacks
  • Responsible for customer problem and issues
  • Provide documentation and training to Customer, Engineer and Operations stakeholders


  • Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Professional in English communication skill
  • 8 years’ experience of providing top level customer focused services and software at consulting companies or SaaS vendors
  • Sales or pre-sales experience in enterprise, retail or financial services verticals
  • Successfully developed and scaled a global Professional Services organization
  • Excellent communication skills for both diagnosing problems and presenting solutions
  • Experience with a Virtualization System, Cloud base application and Infrastructure preferably VMware vSphere, Amazon Web Services
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Domestic and international travel required
  • Flexible, Self-Learning, Self-motivated, Team-player, willing to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment


  • UProfessional certificates such as AWS certifications, CISSP, CISA
  • Deep understanding of enterprise networking systems, enterprise architecture
