- Graduate Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or related course
- Higher degree in Business Development, Business Management would be very much fascinated.
- ENTHUSIASTIC and have got the ownership mindset to run the business from scratch. Good attitude to set up the new team and grow the business.
- Have extensive experience in selling sourcing commodity products which are used as raw materials in food service and industrial sections. For examples, different types of cocoa,all kind of nuts, imported flour etc. As well as to develop the suitable products and pack size for retail markets.
- Having the experience in selling imported raw materials. Understand the culture and nature of suppliers / customers of these group of products.
- Would be a good team member and also can be a team leader.
- Be able to solve the unexpected problems
- Love to be challenged and would like to set up the challenging goals and find the way to achieve.
- Be able to write/speak in English fluently.
- Be able to travel both domestic and aboard freely.
Roles and Responsibilities
- In charge for overall sales aspects of imported raw materials such as cocoa, nuts, organic potato starch, organic pea protein etc. Focusing on the Food Services and Industrials sections.
- Create the business plan for short term, medium term and long term, analyse and take actions to achieve the goals.
- Create the sales teams and lead the sales team.
- Create and expand the business opportunity in 360 degrees. Always, look for the new business opportunities.
- Ensuring customer’s satisfaction
