Customer Service Officer/Customer Service Officer


  • Responsible for accurate & timely order entry & stock related claim management (price, volume, SKUs and customer).
  • Handle urgent orders or requests
  • Handle and monitors goods return, claims and complaints from customers
  • Process customers complaint until credit note issuing.
  • Coordinate with cross functional team, logistics providers & customers to ensure orders are processed as per lead time.
  • Order related reporting


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, MIS, or related fields (Welcome for New Graduated)
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in Order Processing, Customer Service, Sales Administrations
  • Prefer to work with details and have good mathematical & analytical skills
  • Service oriented and excellent communication skills
  • Adequate English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP background will be a plus
