Develop and implement long term and short term insurance business strategies including strategic plan, action plan, sales plan, target allocation, marketing activities and budget plan.
Manage the day to day insurance sale and marketing activities to increase company performance and maximize insurance revenues.
Complete insurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employee and follow up work results.
Sourcing and develop new insurance products both Motor Insurance and Life Insurance which are aligned with company objectives.
Manage new product launch plan and ensure timeline to be aligned with agreed product schedule planning for all distribution channels.
Coordinate with all related parties including Insurers, Insurance Brokers and Regional Insurance team to agree on product feature/pricing, set up suitable/proper sale and operation processes.
Initiate and implement sales campaigns and promotional supports for dealers as well as develop marketing campaigns for customers to drive the business performance.
Develop the customer communication throughout insurance customer life cycle via all channels including insurers, insurance brokers, dealer outlets, Customer Interaction Center, F&I manager and related functions.
Analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly insurance reports on regularly and special project.
Evaluate product performance and explore way of improving existing products and services, and
Build and strengthen relationship with Dealers, Insurers, Insurance Brokers and other providers to
ensure: continued growth in the number of Insurance customers, business performance achieves the
budget, increasing in the renewal on existing insurance customer.
Manage insurance partners to support all insurance operational processes and admin tasks.
Responsible for new related projects of IT.
Responsible for any job assignments as per supervisor requested.
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Management or any related field.
5 years of experience in insurance industry and Financial Services industry would be preferred.
Strong in Insurance knowledge both of non life insurance and life insurance.
Analytical skill and negotiation skill.
Presentation and communication and interpersonal skill.
