Customer Services Account Manager


  • Coordinate with customers to offer products and after-sales services.
  • Follow up project quotations, customer decision, contracting and confirmation after delivery of products and services until completion.
  • Build good relationships with customers and product owners, which is an important part in evaluating employee performance.
  • Responsible to meet the KPI set by the company of the target product.
  • Travel to coordinate with customers at least 1 site per week.
  • Report the progress of the work to the supervisor at least once a week,meeting to update project status with the principle on a monthly basis.
  • Offer other related products and services from the company to various customers and business partners.
  • Introduce and prepare quotation for products and services such as transport services, equipment sales to customers and partners.


  • Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Good command in English.
  • Must be customer-focused leader with Good communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Good practices in computer (Microsoft Excel, Word, e-mail).
