Facility Manager (Building)

Client business: Our client is the largest communications group in the world with £42 Billion revenue.

- A wealth of experience ranging from Financial services, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Luxury or Airlines. In Asia, Operates 8 locations - SG HK JP CH TH MY ID PH.

In 2018, our client has expanded rapidly; acquired more than 500 HCs to support their business.

Client; Social Media, NPO, FMCG, ecommerce, Telecom, Entertainment and Insurance.

 

Position title: Facility Manager

Salary: Attractive package

Location: Bangkok

Working day: 5 Days

Job descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing vendors and handling contracts of vendors; example of service provider Security, Parking, Housekeeping, Catering, Technology, etc.
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
  • Ensure that basic facilities are in order (Water, A/C, Heating and Lighting).
  • Allocating and managing space between buildings.
  • Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing (deal with Building Management).
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or any related field.
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in Operations experience as Facilities Manager (Building).
  • Experience in relocation of buildings, handling multiple level or buildings in facilities management is an added advantage.
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
  • Fluence in English.

Competency:

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good analytical/critical thinking.
