Sales Manager / Co-Working Space

'• Manage sales process and generate service revenue through lead/enquiry generation, sell all JustCo products and close deals
• Acquire new sales and retain customers to achieve revenue target
• Provide excellent service to key and existing accounts
• Deal with escalated customer requests/issues
• Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency
• Work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines


 At least 8 years’of experience in Sales for serviced office, property, developers, hotel sales, or related industry
• Hunting sales and business development experience with proven successful track record
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Able to work individual and also being a good leader   COMPETENCIES
• Good interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills and proactive
• Self-motivated, resourceful and fast learner who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Results oriented, hungry for success
• Passionate for playing a hunter role with proven negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic environment and with minimal supervision
• A quick learner who can adapt well in a fast-growing environment
• Positive personality and can-do attitude
• Customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
