Vice Precident - Project Portfolio Management

Job Responsibilities:

The Vice President of Project Portfolio Management will be a key leadership role within Inteqc Group, providing strategic focus over enterprise wide transformation efforts while defining and maintaining governance for our portfolio of initiatives. This role is responsible for driving first rate governance and execution and will detect, address, and overcome challenges that may arise in achieving milestones and results. Success will be achieved by influencing a wide range of stakeholders to drive consistent delivery of high-quality business results. This role will require close collaboration with PMO/PPM heads from across the company as we create a systematic approach to identifying, assessing, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring key initiatives. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Leads enterprise project portfolio planning process. Regularly conducts reviews and reports on portfolio status.
  • Facilitates enterprise-wide initiative prioritization in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Establishes, maintains, and integrates best practices and common governance for the enterprise, collaborating with PPM leaders across the enterprise.
  • Enhances organizational capabilities around measurement and value realization around strategic programs and individual initiatives.
  • Identifies critical metrics to assess and measure impact and results to ensure both strategic alignment at a program level and successful results at an initiative level.
  • Collaboratively drives project performance improvements and efficiency.
  • Provides report out to Management Committee and Board of Directors on achievements, risks, and progress toward strategic priorities to support oversight and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets to provide transparency on execution status, challenges, value realization, etc.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of similar or related experience, successful track record of senior project level experience, including large scale enterprise wide initiatives.
  • 5 years working within a PPM Practice responsible for delivering the prioritization of and resource management for portfolio initiatives.
  • Otherwise must has the experience in project management more than 5 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in business management, engineering or related field.
  • Proven leadership, relationship management, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills to ensure value delivery of strategic investments.
  • Articulate, persuasive communicator with ability to build trust and effectively work across all levels of the organization. Able to influence change and gain buy-in, including with executives and challenging audiences.

  • Results-oriented; knows how to evaluate effectiveness of execution on a wide range of initiatives/programs.
