  • Successful organisation and running of an internationally focused Customer Service Center;
  • Management of the Customer Service Center daily operation to meet local and global standards;
  • Recruitment, management, coaching and development of a team of Team Leaders to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
  • Effective Change Management – handle and lead a team through change periods, displaying motivating and encouraging behaviors of the team
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings with your team to maintain focus and motivation on Customer Service standards and targets


  • Strictly 5 years of experience in contact center/customer service management
  • Experience in people management ; around 100 people in a team
  • Able to groom and mentor people
  • Experience in culture building
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English and Thai language skills
