Urgent! District Dealers Development Specialist / International Automobile / Seri Thai Road

 Our client is the leading International Automobile business which the office is located on Seri Thai Road is currently looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly Dealer Meetings for the area, to understand and gather feedback on all issues.  Handle invites to dealers & follow up on attendance, prepare agenda, venue and logistics related to things for Meeting and Training.  Focus not only the logistics but also content and escalating issues to relevant departments for resolution after the meetings. 
  • Dealer Audit; communicate scoring and findings so dealers know where and how they need to improve. 
  • Update dealer progress / renovation status.
  • Disseminate monthly dealer newsletter to the dealers.
  • Collection of feedback from monthly dealer newsletter.
  • Ensure that subsidies for Dealers are submitted on time.
  • Identify greenfield areas for expansion – month evaluate based on visits to the area and feedback from dealers – which possible greenfield areas to grow to. 
  • Perform monthly final audit before showrooms turn operational.
  • Ensure monthly that all documentation with dealers, including Dealers’ Agreements, warning letters, etc are correctly and properly executed and followed up on. 
  • Prepare monthly recommendations based on dealer feedback and visits to DDM and CM and Network head on issues faced and how to resolve them at both local and national level.
  • Ensure monthly that all issues raised by dealers at the start of the month have been resolved.
  • Travelling is required when necessary.

 

Qualifications 

  • Thai national, age between 28 – 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in automotive dealers’ aftersales & parts.
  • At least 2 years of dealer’s development experience.
  • Communicable in English language.
  • Proactive and flexible with can do attitude.

Salary: Up to 50K (Open to discuss for a qualified candidate!)

Working days: Mon – Fri (8.30 a.m. – 6.30 p.m.)

Work location: Seri Thai Road
