Job Purpose 

To manage and support the entire Decorative Department to run the team to achieve with given strategy

Job Responsibilities

• Provide necessary data and report to sales team including daily sales report, back order, stock availability report etc
• Prepare monthly sales analyst to sales team
• Support some operation activities of salesman and facilitate the internal working process.
• Prepare the material and document for training and seminar
• Conduct and support the event or activities including sales or dealer staff training, seminar and conference
• Coordinate with Trading Marketing Department and Marketing Department to distribute the promotion and marketing material to branch office.

Qualification: 

• Bachelor degree
• Excellent knowledge in Excel (Pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP)
• Good experience in sales support or related > 2 years
• Communicate in English
