Sales Manager (Health & Fitness Industry) *Base in Chiangmai*

Sales Manager (Health & Fitness Industry) - Basic Salary up to 80k




  • Recruit, develop, motivate, deploy and retain high performing team members.
  • Further develop and implement sales strategy and manage associated budgeting and on time reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of sales team to drive, deliver and exceed pre-determined membership sales targets.
  • Participate in and ensure pre-determined membership sales targets are achieved on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure defined daily activity levels are set to achieve membership sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in and ensure member prospects are identified and developed through team utilizing cold calling, retention calling (30-day call-backs), follow-up calling and other sales techniques like outreach in line with the guidelines provided.
  • Ensure effective sales presentations are developed and conducted, providing accurate information regarding club facilities, programs and pricing.
  • Perform Duty Manager Responsibilities as required.

Member Retention and Sales Support:

  • Maintain awareness of current member retention statistics and continually aim to retain all members.
  • Maintain awareness of current sales performance statistics, educate other team members on the importance of membership sales and continually aim to maximize all sales opportunities.

Brand Standards:

  • Interpret and deliver the Brand Standards on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all systems and procedures are followed in line with OH&S working guidelines and procedures.



  • At least 5-8 years in Sales and at least 2 years of Sales Management experience.
  • Good command of English.
  • Has proven achievements of reaching the company's KPI targets.
  • Has knowledge in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Has understanding and passion in the Health & Fitness Industry is preferred.
  • Able to work in Chiangmai, Thailand.
