Key Account Manager (OEM Cosmetics) – New Product Development / Supply chain

 

Responsibilities:

 New Product Development Manager

 • Contact and coordinate with the customers.

 • Defining and managing all clients’ requirement/objective ensuring the project requirements are met at definite budget & time.

 • Transferring the information communicate project objective requirements to project members.

 • Hands-on project management for OEM including new product development and Product Launch.

 • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan ensuring the project is delivered as committed.

 • Assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.

 • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.

 • Proactively communicating project status, issues & risks to business and customers

 • Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

  

Supply chain Manager

 • Contact and coordinate with the customers.

 • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.

 • Work closely with purchasing and logistics department to ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.

 • Contact customers and make follow-up to confirm orders & delivery dates.

 • Prepare all related documents involving shipments and customer's requests.

 • Inventory management of raw materials, packaging and finished goods products.

 • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

 • Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer’s needs

 

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality, Age 35 - 45 years.
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 6 – 10 years working experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill
  • Good command of English (TOEIC = 600)
  • Leadership / Foster Teamwork / Problems Solving / Systematic Thinking
  • Good Working under pressure
  • Knowledge and ability in the use of a computer and software applications (Microsoft Office) / SAP 
  • Good personality, Presentation skills and service mind.
  • Office hours: Monday - Friday (7.40 -17.40)
