General Manager - Service (Construction Machines/Heavy Machines)
Job Description:
  • Taking overall responsibility for the profitable operation of the Technical Service department.
  • Directing and managing the Technical Service team to develop and execute the plant’s operating strategy, with a positive approach to any challenges or obstacles encountered.
  • Managing and developing a workforce to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Working closely with Sales and Spare Parts departments.
  • Maintaining support to meet corporate quality levels, service targets, warranty services and ISO standards.
  • Reporting directly to the expatriate Managing Director.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Service Manager role from Automotive/Machinery/Construction Machinery is necessary.
  • Possessing strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with good negotiation skills in order to be effective in both internal and external environments.
  • Experienced in setting strategy and controlling target volume.
  • Fair to good command of English.
  • Experienced in managing team staff.
