Location: Century Industry Park - Rayong

Workday: MON-FRI

Responsibilities:

• prepare the sales contract aligning with the budget and internal pricing guideline to secure the standards
• prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports
• prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast with possible scenarios that impact the forecast; also conduct review for the actual performances and identify the causes of not achieving
• communicate with the Sales Manager for sales strategy and implementation/exectuion plan
• ensure the customer satisfaction level is high through regular follow-up activities; take actions for those customers with low satisfaction level by working with the related teams and secure the resources to solve the issues
• maintain relationship with the existing clients to provide long-term support
• manage and attend handing-over meeting with Technical and Engineering staffs for service delivery for each contract

Qualification:

-       Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (can be open for Mechanical, Indsutrial etc)

• 1 - 2 years of experience of Service Engineer for mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pumps, compressor or engine
• English: able to make presentation to both new & existing customers
• experience of using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and any ERP system
• physically built up
• have a car and lisence
