QA Manager



  • Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 13485, and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Oversee customer complaints and internal non-conformities.
  • Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions, section KPIs, vendor quality system), including the need for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic management review meetings.
  • Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product quality.


  • Oversee inspection (examination, Laboratory test) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
  • Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
  • QC and FQC:
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications: Draws sketch and writes inspection procedure for each new item to be fabricated, indicating areas to be examined, measuring devices to be used, and maximum and minimum acceptable dimensions.
  • Manage the distribution of procedure/work instruction to engineering, production control, and inspection work stations.
  • Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products and impact on productivity loss (QC and FQC KPI management).
  • Drive Material Waste Reducing Programs at all level of the supply chain and manufacturing process (coordination with LEAN manufacturing activities)


  • Lead a team of Quality inspectors, auditor and Laboratory technicians
  • Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop material and product requirements (coordination with Product Development team).
  • Coordinate and fully support to internal cores team regarding SQE function basis.
  • Conduct assessment of potential supplier’s quality, technical and manufacturing capabilities to access suitability to qualify supplier.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to supplier while necessary to achieve quality level requirement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality is required
  • 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
  • Current CQA or similar certification
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills
  • Textile knowledge (material, process)
  • Acquired field/shopfloor experience
  • Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel, Word) is needed.
