Sales Manager (HORECA) - Food Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
  • Meeting sales targets and taking care of customer requirements (hotels, restaurants and caterers).
  • Analysing data to establish mechanisms to increase sales, such as selling more products to existing customers and finding new customers.
  • Visiting key customers and building relationships with potential customers, being a business consultant and introducing products that fit the channel.
  • Looking for new clients as recommended by the company.
  • Managing the payment process from customers and coordinating with the Financial and Accounting department.
  • Learning about the company's products to offer a professional recommendation to customers.
  • Preparing reports regarding competitor trends (new products, prices and promotions) for the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Working with related departments, such as Finance, Production Planning, Marketing and Logistics.
Qualifications:
  • Aged 33 - 40 years old, male or female.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales for HORECA business is a must.
  • Prior experience in a food business will be an advantage.
  • Good relationship skills and service mind.
  • Able to visit customers in Bangkok and upcountry.
  • Good planning and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Car owner and a valid driving license.
Our client offers a benefits package, including a provident fund, annual bonus, medical insurance and 5-day working week; Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00.
