Automotive OEM - Sales Manager (Japanese speaking)

Position:   Sales Assistant Manager or Manager 
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Duty/Responsibility:

  • Manage key customer JOEM & OEM  Automotive 
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast vs actual sales and make a report 
  • Co-working between Factory site & customers to ensure all operating system are flows
  • Make a business plan and sales budget
  • Manage and control price strategy, orders, sales amount, profit..etc
  • RFQ quotation 
  • VAVE activities
  • Support customers in all requirement /claim/ solving problem if incurred
  • Delivery control / contact shopping agency and courier for air and sea shipments, and follow-up job. 
  • Marketing job 
  • Sometimes event meeting with customer / supplier  / factory site

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality  
  • Age 35 - 45 years old 
  • Bachelor or higher degree in any related Engineer field 
  • Business level - English language both written & spoken 
  • Business level - Japanese language (Mandatory) 
  • 5+ years working experienced in JOEM & OEM automotive Sales 
  • Business acumen  and strong networking 
  • Proficiency MS -Excel  

Competencies required:  Interpersonal, negotiation, service mind, management and analytical skills 

Salary:         Package negotiable

Workplace:  Samutprakarn 

Workday:    Monday - Friday
