Group Sales Director
Job Description (Group) Sales Director- Open to Expats

Our client is a rapidly growing property development company focused on modern, quality condominium developments in new high growth areas of South East Asia. Having successfully completed several projects over the last four years we are now seeking a group Sales Director who will join the executive team managing the next stage of growth. 

  • Develop and manage our overall sales strategy covering existing and new projects with forecasts that meet business objectives.
  • Identify routes to market and sales channels, maintain existing relationships and develop new contacts.
  • Identify the departmental skills required and manage, coach, train or hire where necessary.
  • Communicate strategy and drive the business to meet its sales objectives whilst maintaining the culture and ethical standards of the business.
  • Monitor and report performance, highlighting the positives, areas of risk and contingency.
  • Oversee the process and management of the complete sales cycle for all existing and new projects from opening, through close to handover.
  • Control all sales expenses and ensure both cost of sale and expenses are within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales related activities and ensure legal compliance.
  • Serve as the business representative as leader of sales, stay informed with the market and analyze trends.
  • Maintains contact with stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure both company and customer requirements are met.
  • Achieve pre-defined sales targets and maximize our sales revenue across our portfolio of condominium projects to achieve profit goals.
  • Support the marketing department to develop and implement our marketing campaigns.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented across the sales department.
  • Ensures that all sales staff meet or exceed all sales standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Provide monthly reports to the managing director.
  • Report, present and contribute to board meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales Director position.
  • Experience working with both foreign and Thai nationals.
  • Experience using a customer relationship management systems is a major benefit.
  • Real estate experience is a major benefit.
  • Chinese language skills are a major benefit.
  • Thai language skills are a major benefit.
  • A demonstrable track record of setting and achieving business objectives.
