Job Description:

  • Responsibilities for customer delivery requirement
  • Provide the data information to customer ensure that customers are satisfied include Part monitoring
  • Update customer data in systems until processing billing
  • Arrange shipment and providing shipping document to customer
  • Create Delivery instruction & confirm delivery date to customer


  • Female, Age 25-28 years old, Thai nationality
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience 3-5 years in customer service or sale -coordinator
  • Have knowledge in warehouse system and logistic system would be a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Good command in Computer literacy in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, Internet Explorer etc.)
  • Strong service mind, good negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure
