Junior/ Senior Executive/ Team Leader - Service Delivery & Operations (FIT)

Junior/ Senior Executive: Key Responsibilities

  • All non-hotel services and booking management and re-confirmation
  • Job Sheet and allocation of services to guides, Transport Company and attraction. 
  • Summary of services and reconfirmation sent to vendor 24 hour prior.
  • Ticket and service bookings with vendors. 
  • Emergency number management on weekly rotation
  • Coordination with Network office and Suppliers for bookings / negotiations etc. 
  • Co-ordination with Internal hotel reservations team and provide local support wherever required.
  • Operational email management 
  • System booking management. Follow up with vendor.
  • Negotiating with hotels or vendors for query resolution.
  • On tour Reports and No-Show report update sent to agent. 
  • Ensuring all processes as defined are followed without exception
  • Coordination with networks offices, colleagues via WhatsApp / Line / Skype
  • Communication with all suppliers included hotels, tours, transfers to get confirmation for online and offline bookings
  • Arrange tour programs and make quotations for services which not available in system
  • Reply customer’s enquiries (English correspondences)
  • Assign job to guide and transportation
  • Prepare Job order and advance money for guide
  • Solve a occurred day to day problem
  • Handle emergency call number

 Team Leader: Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop team members in delivering for smooth functioning of Daily operations and On ground guest requirements
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to constantly improve service levels and performance to ensure all suppliers are assigned jobs timely and all guests are given timely services
  • Ensure a high level of cooperation/communication between teams, among the operations functions and with all functions in the organization. (e.g. account management, finance, sales and IT).
  • Lead, coach, mentor and empower direct reports to meet the operational goals Manage, motivate and provide direction to direct reports to achieve agreed targets.
  • Complete monthly individual reviews with direct reports and frontline travel consultants covering their KRA’s and defining resulting action items and/or personal development plans.
  • Ensure all operations emails and escalations are timely reverted
  • Monitor and provide feedback on a daily and weekly basis.

 

About You: 

  • Minimum Bachelor‘s Degree in business in tourism related field.
  • Good spoken and written English is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry. Preferably B2B experience. 
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Out -of the Box thinking.
  • Display initiative and ownership and capability of making sound judgments 
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Demonstrate pro-active and "can do" solution driven approaches. 
  • Computer literate (esp. MS office programs: Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Fast Learner, Service-Minded.

 Extra Essential requirement for Team Leader postion

  • Minimum 3-4 years experiences in related business
  • Be a positive role model for all staff and lead by example Rigorous, well organized, self-motivated.
  • Must have excellent organizational and analytical ability for process mapping, significant knowledge and understanding of Call Management Systems
