Business Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description:

  • Working closely with manager to develop innovative business process, workflow and work procedure to ensure overall company’s efficiency, cost effectiveness, productivity and security.
  • Identify root causes and provides solutions for improvement in terms of business process in organization.
  • Initiating process improvement projects to increase efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, checks with teams to develop new systems according to determined plans.
  • Analyze, assess, and prioritize critical findings (focus areas) to improve business operations with practical and measurable solutions.
  • Design solutions based on agreed objectives and requirements to create or revise business workflows and policies.
  • Implement the project solution that created and support user until project closing.
  • Achieve project timeline and all key milestones as planned.
  • Continuously learning about new technology in order to improve the business process.



  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Development or Improvement.
  • Fields of experience involve business process improvement, risk & compliance, and system development.
  • Strong in gathering requirements and design solution.
  • Demonstrated systematic, problem solving, innovative, prioritizing, presentation and can-do attitude. 
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Have experience in SAP System is a plus.
  • Strong communication skill in English both speaking and writing.
  • Good influence, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Computer: Strong in MS Excel, ERP System
