Employee Relations & Administration Section Manager

Job description:

Employee Relations

  • Responsible for Employee Relations & Employee Engagement activities to meet company strategy.
  • Create action plan and manage employee activity to ensure employee work happiness.
  • Develop and conduct employee survey and analyze the results and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Responsible for preparation of internal communication regarding corporate, human resource policies & activities and etc.
  • Control employee relation by focus on rule & regulation and Disciplinary action.

Administration

  • Responsible for administrative task to ensure smooth operational support such as furniture, office equipment, stationary, office supplies, uniforms, canteen, bus service, housekeeping, security guard, gardener and driver.
  • Set up and maintain office policies and procedures for daily office operations.
  • Responsible for daily administrative issues, resolve trouble shooting and facilitate internal departments to smoothen day to day operations.
  • To execute any admin related projects per management assignment.
  • To prepare the documents for obtaining visa, renewing visa and work permit, 90 days reporting and visa and work permit cancellation for non-Thai staff

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality Only
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Employee Relation, and Administration. At least 5years at supervisory level would be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labor law and related legal aspects.
  • Good personality and skill to solve with day to day problems.
  • Good leadership within the organization.
  • Ability to work as a good team member and motivate the team working as a group.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good command of English
  • Experience from electronics industry or related fields will be an asset.
