Digital Marketing Manager (E-Wallet)

 

Key Relationship: Product development, User Acquisition team, PR, Third Party Agencies (Advertising and Media Agencies)

 

Job Summary

If you are the person who live and breathe digital marketing, Central JD Fintech wants to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing strategies and campaigns across all digital channels to launch and grow our E-Wallet and E-Payment products & services. You should have a strong digital marketing knowledge to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to drive brand awareness, brand proposition, App download, and engagement to achieve brand ambitions and goals.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify new digital marketing trends, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in digital and mobile marketing
  • Devise and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive download of the company E-Wallet application and to drive continuous usage.
  • Oversee the social media strategy and content to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop strategy to drive online traffic to the website. Manage and maintain company and product website(s) to deliver always-on contents, including creating landing page(s) for all marketing and promotion campaigns
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow/ performance indicators, provide regular internal reports and identify improvement areas such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion and Search Engine Optimization of the website (SEO)
  • Create, publish, and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LINE
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee Click Through Rate (CTR) and Pay Per Click (PPC) ad management
  • Work with the Product Development team in delivering the best UX/UI design for our APP
  • Responsible for in-app communication design and implementation such as promotion banners
  • Manage Social Listening tool and reporting to ensure voice of customers being heard and business take on-time actions
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communication, and advertising fields.
  • Understanding of financial and E-payment/ E-Wallet industry
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Digital marketing, Digital brand management & advertising. Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong project management skill - Able to work in a fast pace working environment while maintaining a great attention to detail and working to deadlines
  • Strong presentation and communication skill and English language (Chinese is a plus)
  • Positive and CAN-DO attitude, Independent, can work under pressure and limited time line.
