Key Account Executive

Job Objectives:

The Key Account Executive overall objective is to develop and implement the account strategy per customer in alignment with Osotspa's Strategic Objectives (Net Sales and Profitability) and to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis.

The role also close cross functional interaction with Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics and Finance


  • Achieve strategic objectives per customer - i.e. net sale and customer profitability
  • Build long-term partnership with the assigned customer
  • Manage customer negotiations for promotional/ display execution
  • Develop customer new product launch plans and ensure successful implementation
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories


  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in Key Account FMCG
  • Proven track record in Sales Management with major retailers
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skill
  • Able to work in a team at all levels of the organization
