After Sales Branch Manager 55-80K @Bangkapi

Client business: Our client is Customer and dealer network (Automotive industry) is currently looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.

Location: Bang Kapi, Near NIDA

Working time: Mon -Fri

Salary Range: Up to 80K

Job descriptions:

Team Size: 13 members.

  • Manage and Steer workshop to control the branch aftersales performance for achieving agreed targets with Regional Aftersales for the intake and revenue among our branches.
  • Evaluate the number of customers who coming back for customer retention and measure the time customers are on hold / un-close job to reduce the average service time.
  • Monitor the costs in business manage to get the profit & limited lost to achieve company target.
  • Regular check and update the tools & equipment condition to be ready for service and manage properly for the CAPEX process.
  • Manage and monitor the number of issues over time and nature the case to reduce customer complaint for the service items and minimize repeat repair job for same issue.
  • Support related business units (Sale, Marketing, Operation, Part, etc.) upon requested and agreed for company common goals.
  • Support branch operation to facilitate the service activities for Sale & Marketing event, roadshow, test drive with our group company.
  • In cooperation with operation team for prepare the company vehicle delivery readiness upon request.
  • Manage the insurance and body & paint business to generate the profit with partner companies.
  • Steer the aftersales marketing business with Part, Marketing to upsell the service, part, merchandise both in branch and at the events.
  • Review and report the service operation at our branches to the Regional Aftersales to update the situation of the business.
  • Cooperate with training to provide the OJT for new dealers upon request and agreed in timeline.

Requirement:

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in automotive related business or aftersales for automotive. *4 wheels passenger vehicle.
  • At least 5 years in manager level and lead a team. 
  • Proficient in English communication. *Equivalent to TOEIC 500.
  • Proficient in use of computer and application such as Microsoft Office (Power Point, Words and Excel).
  • Possess good knowledge of economics and analyse market trends influence sales.
  • Able to develop sales strategies based upon prior experience.
  • Persuasive and can influence internal and external parties.
  • Has good leadership and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills and mindset.
  • Proactive and anticipates potential problems.
  • Flexible, Can-do attitude, Strong leadership.
