Company Secretary - Hospitality & Real Estate
Responsibilities:
  • Arranging meetings for the Board of Directors, Management Committee and AGM as well as ensuring that all related activities have been implemented and comply with the Company's articles.
  • Ensuring the compliance of the Company and the Board of Directors with the relevant laws, rules and regulations, resolutions of the Board and AGM meetings, including corporate governance practices.
  • Handling correspondence before and after meetings.
  • Ensuring policies are kept current, are approved, and that company members are aware of their implications, e.g. legal.
  • Providing legal/financial advice during and outside of meetings.
  • Keeping a register of shareholders and liaising with them on behalf of the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or any related field.
  • At least 8 years in a Company Secretary role.
  • Good command of Business English.
  • Knowledge of company and corporate laws.
  • Strong knowledge of SEC/SET rules.
  • Good analytical skills and able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated & result-oriented, with good interpersonal skills.
