Sales Executive - Clinical (Bangkok and upcountry)/พนักงานขาย (กรุงเทพฯและต่างจังหวัด)

Key duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on sales for Leica Biosystems and diagnostic products on clinical and diagnostic segments such as private and government Hospitals and laboratories inclusive of related medical faculty in the academic field in Bangkok and upcountry area.
  • Responsible for preparation of specification, independence demonstration, delivery, close sales, and money collection deal.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds sales performance goals
  • Implement marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, conferences, and expo in the assigned territories.
  • Able to follow team strategies monitoring by KPI
  • Direct report sales number and forecast to the division manager and work closely with the product manager and sales team to implement a business plan and strategy that will contribute to the business growth
  • Communicates with other departments to coordinate work and resolve issues as needed. Provides internal and/or external customer feedback and leads. Participates in teams related to new or ongoing project work and other areas needed.

·         Keeping track of key accounts or key project progress on salesforce (LBS) and Microscope inquiries to e-leica (LMS) for the clinical division as well as providing a monthly plan, weekly plan and daily report via the CRM system.

  • Committed to customer satisfaction and to build up customer loyalty towards our Company and product
  • To ensure all sales orders are followed by the company rules and compliances.
  • To ensure all sales protocols as per Company ISO 9001 standard guideline.
  • Any other duties as the company shall from time to time assign to or vest in you.

 

Required - Skill / Knowledge / Academic Qualification.

  • Thai Nationality, Age between 25-30 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life science and Medical science or related field.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience on Histology products or scientific instruments.
  • Good understanding of Clinical and Histology concepts.
  • Reasoning, problem-solving and analytical skills to resolved issues.
  • Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required.
  • Ability to organize, prioritized and direct work activities.
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High commitment and responsibility
  • Personal computer skills, including Microsoft office

 

Physical demands

  • Extensive sitting, standing and computer use.
  • May be required to lift, move and carry up to 25 kilograms
  • Weekly upcountry travel required.
  • Must possess own car and willing to travel in upcountry.( ต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวเท่านั้น)
