Schedule Maintenance
Job Description:
  • Carrying out work order planning in SAP PM on all reactive and if not pre-planned the proactive work as well. Ensuring work is planned with realistic end dates, using correct resources.
  • Generating work orders and ensuring they are supplied to the site(s).
  • Supporting the Operations and Maintenance Controller (OMC) in the execution of the scheduled works where necessary, and monitoring the progress of all work orders.
  • Working closely with Facilities Engineers and SBO Manila and with all the sites under jurisdiction to ensure maintenance activities are closed off. Confirming and system closes all work orders as they are completed.
  • Understanding and facilitating the purchasing of external resources for the sites, consistent with PGS and DGAME processes. Working with Facilities Engineers to ensure Outline Agreements are in place and accurate. Liaising with contractors, in accordance with contracts that may be in place.
  • Ensuring all data on the SAP PM work orders is accurate and compliant with the DGAME processes.
  • Publishing a list of planned work, updated with breakdown work to provide an integrated schedule for the sites.
  • Identifying errors, improvements, and efficiencies that can be had with the existing PM system, this may include changed maintenance practices, revised schedules, etc.
  • Analyzing SAP PM data to identify maintenance bad actors and high spend items for making continuous improvements.
  • Monitoring and supporting terminals to upload inspection reports into AIM EDMS as per AIM process requirements.
  • The Country Maintenance Scheduler needs to interact with C&P, TO, FEs, R&I Engineers and SBO Manila in order to carry out the scheduling of maintenance according to the set R&I maintenance plans, and to monitor and manage the tasks and performance via offshore services.
  • Demonstrating standardization (D GAME ME & AIM processes) and assurance of processes within the region.
  • Aligning maintenance execution and asset information management objectives, across Facilities and Engineering.
  • Communicating the impacts (changes required, the timing of the program and resource impacts, etc.) to the end-user and the local management.
  • Acting as the D-GAME and AIM EDMS Super User or Focal Point. Being the first port of call for the end-user queries for D-GAME and AIM EDMS issues. Addressing as many end-user ‘how-to’ questions as possible and escalating issues that cannot be resolved to the Support Desk.
  • Participating in the Super User networks for his/her area of responsibility.
  • Performing onboarding and training for end users, and conducting testing to a high standard to support process and I.T. related change activities for his/her area of responsibility.
Must Have:
  • Engineering degree (Bachelor) plus 2- 3 years experience in maintenance or installation of distribution related equipment.
  • High level of PC and systems literacy, particularly GSAP and SAP PM.
  • SAP project and purchasing skills.
  • Contractor management experience.
  • Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to terminals and depots.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work virtually across cultures (fair in Engilish).
