Brand Executive / Assist Brand Manager (Merchandiser)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted customer
  • And interpret into the brand execution.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Coach the team and get the best from everyone
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales
  • Following market trends and presenting creative ideas
  • Analyzing data to report on brand growth weekly and monthly
  • Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
  • Coordinate sales, product development and other to teams (internal and external (buyers)
  • Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
  • Analyze industry, competition and market trends
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to budget
  • Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
  • Attend meeting on product development (if needed for oversee)
  • Providing and Training staffs(PCs) for the product knowledge.


  • Experience in Retail Business and Merchandiser
  • Highly energetic with excellence communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical with creative thinking and problem solving ability
  • Energetic and positive thinking
  • Good command of English and Good Excel skills
  • Able to work independently and confidently under various circumstances and meet regular deadline
  • Education Background: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Administration / related field
  • Experiences: Minimum 3-5 years direct experience, Preferable Retail Business, Good communication in English, Leadership Control.
  • Qualification:  Good communication, Service Mind, Good Attitude, Team Work, Proactive, Responsibility.
  • Training Needs: Product Knowledge, After Sale Service, Service Mind
