Customer Service Manager (Client Management)

Job Description

- Monitor and process on customers’ orders

- Liaise with Client for their requirements and daily problems encountered

- Coordinate with operations and support functions to provide effective solutions for client’s requirement related to operational enquiries i.e. order processing, inventory management, credit control, etc.

- Ensures integrity, timeliness and accuracy in the documentation and posting of transactions to avoid losses, variances and achieve inventory accuracy

- Ensure accuracy and timely processing and submission of documents/billings

 

Qualification

- fields Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or other related

- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in managerial capacity of Retail, FMCG or relevant industry

- Good command in spoken and written English
