Technical Customer Service Assistant Manager (40K-50K) (SDG-39542)

<Job Responsibilities>

  • Manage customer service / after sales management
  • Plan and develop customer service system
  • Formulate policies and directions for services Build good relationships with customers
  • Plan the service for repairing and providing information to customers about the company's products.
  • Supervise the operation, repair / customer service of employees on the job site.
  • Coordination of services for maximum customer satisfaction
  • Manage and control teams and resources in order to meet the goals.
  • Presenting planning, analysis and performance for executives

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

  • Thai nationality , Male, age 30-35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • 2-5 years of working experience related to electrical or electronics field as Project Manager/ Area Manager/ Technical Service Engineer and/or Customer Service Engineer
  • Good command of verbal and written English to communicate with internal departments
  • Proven experience in handling the project/team member between internal and external parties
  • Literacy in MS.Excel, Word, PowerPoint

<Preferable Skill / Experience> 

  • Experience in Battery for automotive industry

English: Conversational Level

Japanese: None

Workplace Area: Prawet, Bangkok

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
