Assistant HR Manager (Saraburi)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all functions of HR, including Employee Relation, Recruitment, Employment contract and Benefits & Welfare items.
  • Supervise corporate HRIS to ensure tidy database of employee's information.
  • Supervise annual performance appraisal system both for bonus payment and salary increment.
  • Develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities.
  • Conduct headcount survey and plan for each fiscal year.
  • Communicating HR polices and HR strategies across organization to ensure an alignmentwithcompany’s direction.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher in Human Resource, Political Science, Law or related   Field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resource in manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Hands on experience with HRIS systems are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English & Thai with strong business writing skills.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days/week.
