Assistance Coordinator (Medical Call Centre - Shift) - 2 Positions


Job Description:

  • Respond to Incoming calls within service level
  • Case handling according to assistance process both medical, B2B and security cases
  • Coordination and prioritizing of daily tasks
  • Secure clients’ feel in safe hand
  • Follow-up and coordinate with related departments to solve customers' problem


  • Must be able to work as a shift rotation
  • Thai Nationality
  • Welcome new graduated
  • 1-2 year experiences in Customer Services or Call Center areas will be an advantage
  • Service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of spoken English required TOEIC score 700 up or Chinese.
  • Be able to work on Saturday - Sunday for rotating.
  • Must be able to work on shift schedule. (shift-work 8 hours per day and 5 days per weeks).
