Finance Officer (สาขากระบี่)
Job Details:
- ตรวจนับเงินสดและเอกสารแทนเงิน (Tender) ที่ได้รับจากแคชเชียร์ให้ถูกต้องตรงกับรายงานยอดขาย เพื่อนำเงินสดและเช็คฝากเข้าธนาคาร
- ตรวจนับเงินสดจากการรับชำระค่าบัตรเครดิตจากลูกค้าและนำฝากธนาคาร
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารแทนเงินสดกับรายงานที่พิมพ์จากระบบและบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายได้ครบถ้วนถูกต้อง
- รวบรวมสลิปบัตรเครดิตตรวจสอบ Settlement บัตรเครดิตและ Slip บัตรเครดิตให้ตรงกัน
- รวบรวม Slip บัตรเครดิตที่รูดผ่านเครื่อง Zip Zap และเอกสาร Credit Voucher ส่งให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินสาขาประจำสำนักงานใหญ่เพื่อส่งเรียกเก็บเงินกับธนาคาร
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย,รายงานรับเงิน,รายละเอียดบัตรเครดิต บันทึกลงรายงานที่กำหนดทุกวัน
- ปรับปรุงรายงาน Store Balance Report และ tender ให้ตรงกับยอดเงินสดและเอกสารแทนเงินที่นับได้จริง และจัดทำรายงานยอดเงินสดขาดหรือเกินบันทึกลงในรายงาน
- แลกธนบัตรและเหรียญกษาปณ์จากธนาคารมาสำรองให้พนักงานแคชเชียร์แลกเงินเพื่อใช้ทอนเงินลูกค้า
- จัดทำสรุปยอดเงินขาดของพนักงานแคชเชียร์ที่ต้องทำการหักเงินผ่านระบบเงินเดือนให้แผนกบุคคลสาขา
Qualification
- เพศชาย อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 0 - 3 ปี
- มีความละเอียดรอบครอบในการทำงาน
