Assistant Training Manager/รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายฝึกอบรม


  • Responsible for strengthening employee’s capability through designing leadership and functional development program and ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Execute overall training process, needs assessment, development and/or outsource of training programs, and evaluation of the effectiveness of training
  • Developing and implementing talent and succession management to accelerate and strengthen talent pipeline.     
  • Managing the budget for the organization's training processes
  • Design, develop and drive execution of development programs to enhance competency to meet leadership expectations.
  • Through targeted leadership development activities, contribute to business transformation program realizing our long term strategic ambition.
  • Design and facilitate tailored development activities based on ad hoc requests or plans.
  • Provide leadership consultancy including coaching for line managers to follow up and enhance their managerial and leadership skills.
  • Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. 


  • Degree qualified in Management or HR related field is preferred
  • Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30 – 45  years old
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in leadership and functional competency development programs, and OD, preferably with at least 1-2 years of leadership experience.
  • Good facilitation and trainer skills.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, time management, self-management skills
