Internal Control Manager
Accountabilities:
  • Driving the company's GCS agenda.
  • Partnering with the business to ensure GCS compliance and efficient processes, independently assessing control effectiveness and providing recommendations, and, conducting relevant coaching/training as necessary.
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert on the monitoring, information, and communication element of GCS.
  • Owning control processes over the segregation of duties, idM/GRC systems (user access system), and configurable/application controls.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor in Accounting & Auditing and an MBA in a related field.
  • 8-10 years work experience in finance, at least 50% of which covers COSO/ SOX implementation and testing, process improvement, and audits.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • PC literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and accounting software (SAP is a plus).
  • Able to work independently under considerable pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, able to influence management.
  • A business partnering mind-set and the ability to work effectively with cross functions.
  • A team player.
  • Mature, dynamic, self-motivated, and trustworthy.
  • A CPA is a plus. Big Four audit firm or manufacturing experience is a plus.
