Position : Manager - Senior Manager Level 

Job Description;

  • Developing and managing of all maintenance activities, with the safety of associates and contractors being the highest priority.
  • Leading preventive & predictive maintenance/process reliability.
  • Managing the improvement of key performance indicators, and the continuous improvement of maintenance functions in order to increase department budget cost effectiveness.
  • Participating in, and/or leading initiatives for capital projects and problem-solving activities.
  • Managing budgets, including capital planning, contributing to controllable margin and optimizing financial levers.
  • Maintaining a long-term big picture view to forecast obstacles and developing skills to enhance team performance.
  • Encouraging innovation among associates within the department.
  • Leading the team by proactively resolving staff team
  • Working with the multiple vendors, landlord and business unit head to support
  • To work as a project coordinator to managing the project such as new branch, branch and office renovation (end-to-end process) to be completed as the timeline.
  • Control maintenance branch and office
  • Ad hoc project or assignment upon the management assigned.



  • Male ,Thai nationality age 33 years above
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electrical, IT or related field
  • Effectively communicate with people, able to work in dynamic environment, result oriented, analytical skills and team player
  • Minimum 5 year experience in facility function, branch development or office development  
  • Background in facility and Maintenance role from financial service would be advantage
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proactive, negotiation and service mind
  • Good computer skills of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Able to travel extensively and work independently
