HR & Administration Manager

JOB Descriptions:

  • Managing all HR & General Administration functions such as compensation & benefits, employee relations, training budgets, recruitment, and General HR & General Administration affairs.
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
  • Overseeing exit interviews.
  • Developing and improving all HR systems and activities such as organization development plans as per company policies.  
  • Assessing the organizational culture in order to ensure an environment where employees’ satisfaction is high and where people practices reinforce the desired results.
  • Taking a leadership role to lead and manage a team to drive the company forward.
  • Preparing overall rules, regulations and policies of company.
  • Preparing and processing of monthly payroll for employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct and/or special payroll deductions.
  • Handling the administration of the electronic timekeeping system.  Setup each employee, monitor submission of approved timesheets, and ensure valid data transfer to/from payroll system.
  • Establishing/maintaining employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; reviewing changes for proper authorization and adherence to company policy including compliance with regulations/Laws.
  • Works on special projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality, aged 35-45 years old
  • 8-10 years’ experience in General HR & Administration functions
  • Bachelor degree in HRM, HRD or any related fields
  • Good interpersonal skills, mature person with a positive attitude
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated and achievement-oriented
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Thai Labour law and employee relations management

 

Working Day and hour: Monday – Friday ,  9:00 - 18:00

Location: Sathorn Road

Work Type: Permanent / Full Time

Annual Leave with pay:   1st Year after probation period = 6 Days and increasing 1 day every year with maximum 14 Days per year

Group Insurance: Medical insurance, life insurance

Provident fund:  5% , 7% and 8%  (can be applied after work for 1 year)

Bonus: Depend on performance

Company trip:  Depend on company performance

Others: Staff Party, Travel allowance (aboard, up-country), Seminar, Wedding Leave, Maternity Leave, Compassionate Leave, etc.
