Establishing compensation and benefits structure for employees, and developing compensation and benefits plans.
Maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Developing & managing staff in a competent and professional way, within a framework, and within their delegated responsibilities.

Thai national only.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
Possess a strong talent acquisition background especially from the manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices. An up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resource positions.
Good interpersonal skills and fluent in the English language, both oral and written.
Good managerial skills, proactive, result-oriented, and flexible.
Good communication skills, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills with a service mind.
Quick thinking, a positive attitude, hardworking, and responsible.
Extensive experience in providing executive support and assistance at all levels.
Able to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
