General Qualifications

• Aged below 28 years old

• Bachelor's or Master's degree graduates (any field)

• Fresh graduates or candidates 1-3 years working experience

• Strong leadership potential and passion for creating business impact

• Entrepreneurial mindset, agility, resilience, and strong execution capability

• Fluent in Thai and English

• Willing to relocate in upcountry/provincial areas

• Willingness to complete the assessment as part of the acquisition process

• Digital savvy with innovative transformation

• AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Technology knowledge

• Programming and software development capabilities

• A Portfolio or project experience is required
