Senior Sales/ Sales Leader/ Sales Manager - Airfreight, Freight Forwarder /Up to 70K

Responsibilities:

  • Plan of expanding business and new customer with team.
  • Plan to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build up team work and delegate job within sales function to be more productivity and efficiency.
  • Contact and visit both existing customer and new customer.
  • Collect all SOP of team members  into file for further review.
  • Collect all RFQ package of customer and save as soft file in share drive for further review in each year.
  • Collect all customer complain reports in weekly for further review and continues improvement on service.
  • Prepare and collect of Sales Monthly Report of team members.
  • Being consultant and support subordinate of any assistance.
  • Verify of completed and correct of rate offering and condition including RFQ, SOP of team members before submitting with customer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields
  • At least 5 years experienced in a Sea Sales business (Preferably for Industrial and Freight Forwarder).
  • Good command of English, both of written and spoken.
  • Smooth communicate both inside and overseas.
  • Experience with managing and develop sales team
  • Must have own car
