Client business: hey are a Manufacturer for machinery components and electronics devices (Bearings/ Motors/ Sensors and etc.) Printing Machine/ Computer, Factory Machine, Automobiles.

Job descriptions: 

  • To be responsible for secretarial and administrartive activities to support Management/ Administration/ Sales/ Marketing
  • update and manage data and information both manual and electronic system
  • manage schedule including scheduling and organizing meetings, Training, trips and agendas both internal and external and relevant preparation of materials and or data
  • manage system to ensure that participants are properly prepared for meeting/ training
  • prepare meeting/ training data, presentation files and materials
  • prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, OHP (Overhead Projector) and collect feedback sheets from meetings
  • work closely with the Academy Manager to sucessfuly deliver the training and provide comprehensive documentation and ongoing support for those attending the courses
  • assist the Marketing and Sales team by providing appropriate marketing materials
  • work together with Sales team to develop proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications and product offerings
  • develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, sales representatives, country managers, the principle of the Partnership Program and other relevant parties; formally responding and addressing inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • ensure support and training of the Partners employees which allows them to promote the company products

Requirement:

  • at least 2-5 years’ experience as Secretary or Personal Assistance role
  • English Skill (email, documentation)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Computer Skill (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • understanding of Japanese company culture
  • opened to business trip (both domestic and overseas)
  • 24-29 years old.
