Buyer/เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ
  Responsibilities   
  • Prepare, initiate and follow up supplier RFQ process.
  • Work with IQA, W/H and other internal functions closely to ensure that supply and demand are well managed.
  • Ensure supplier adherence to commercial related contractual terms and conditions. Escalates to Sourcing Director in case of regular or critical deviations.
  • Ensure contracted items are loaded in the ERP System
  • Manage the BU Approved Supplier List (ASL) interfacing and assisting on updating the Branch Consolidated ASL.
  • Contribute Sourcing activity with Cost-Saving Initiative
  • Handle supplier issues and communicate to Stakeholder.
  • Responsible for negotiating Fixed and Variable Costs with supplier on new parts or price increases to achieve best TCO – Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Manage all customs and government document related to new purchased items.
  • Assists in drafting a sourcing strategy for different commodity groups.
  • Any other task assigned from Supply Chain & Sourcing Director in order to support supply chain and logistics activities.
  • Daily and weekly monitoring Sourcing KPI to ensure that meet the KPI per PPO tracker.
  • Provide weekly/monthly report as per PPO tracker with status and actions.
  • Monitor, checking freight in cost with shipping to ensure that the freight charge is correct peragreement.
  • Monthly report for freight cost summary.
  • Review and revise safety stock for material of assigned product to manage the material available for production plan.
  • Attends the meeting with team to recognize the new product demand, schedules, and sourcing needs to forecast material requirement to meet the customer demands.
  • Daily monitor, cooperate & communication with suppliers and manage right material, right cost and right delivery time
  • Maintain & continuously improve sourcing activities, performance through company KPI
  • Any other task as assigned from Sourcing Management Team in order to support all Sourcing activities.
  Qualifications  
  • Bachelor’s degree of supply chain, business administration or any related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory or Supply Chain
  • Experience in ERP application and presentation skills.
  • Proactive behavior is required
  • Ability to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good English communication skills to communication with foreign suppliers/customers
  • Computer Literacy (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
