Job Summary (Purpose of the job) :-
1. Create and execute the business plan for develop the business as assigned
2. Keep monitors the market and regular update to team
3. Regular visit user, customers and business partner to ensure the support are fulfill
4. Support team in tender management or key projects
5. Supervise, motivate, coach and lead sales force to achieve business objectives
6. Make individual sales forecasts on monthly, quarterly, half year, and annual basis, and set product growth, market share and other goals
7. Perform regular field work with representatives to identify strength and weaknesses and to propose corrective measures to improve performance
8. Closely follow up with sales representative on their sales plan, achievement and reporting
