Sales Manager (Vascular System)

Job Summary (Purpose of the job) :-

1. Create and execute the business plan for develop the business as assigned

2. Keep monitors the market and regular update to team

3. Regular visit user, customers and business partner to ensure the support are fulfill

4. Support team in tender management or key projects

5. Supervise, motivate, coach and lead sales force to achieve business objectives

6. Make individual sales forecasts on monthly, quarterly, half year, and annual basis, and set product growth, market share and other goals

7. Perform regular field work with representatives to identify strength and weaknesses and to propose corrective measures to improve performance

8. Closely follow up with sales representative on their sales plan, achievement and reporting

 

Job Specification :-

Education and Experience Required :

  • Graduated in healthcare related field
  • MBA is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Angioplasty field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in manager/supervisor level
  • Special Knowledge, Skills/Abilities Required :

  • Fluent communication/ presentation in English
  • Fluent in computer Ms. office
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
  • Credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives.
  • Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
  • Emphatic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
  • Well presented and businesslike.
  • Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel several days a month inside Thailand and abroad.
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
  • Able to get on with and lead others and be a team-player.
  •
