Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible to any queries from corporate clients/FIT customers (email, telephone, LINE, etc.) regarding the fare and reservation throughout AMADEUS GDS selling platform

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing service and information to corporate clients/FIT customers courtesy and quickly 

• Process tickets regarding the ticket issuance/cancellation (Void, Auto refund, RAN refund)/ Reissurance, including the complex itinerary routing for international flight without any mistakes

• Be able to/ in charge of urgent task given at the time

• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients at all time

• Should be fully conversant with all customer Ticketing and Reservations along with Reservation policies and Company policies and procedures

• Issue all tickets CORRECTLY and LEGIBLY to all IATA ticketing rules and regulations

• ให้บริการหลังการขายกับคุณลูกค้า เช่น การเปลี่ยนวันเดินทาง,การรีเควทที่นั่ง อาหาร หรือเช็คอินเป็นต้น

• ต้องมีประสบการ์ณด้านการสำรองที่นั่งบัตรโดยสารและเสนอขายบัตรโดยสารจริง เป็นอย่างดี และสามารถตอบคำถามได้อย่างชัดเจนและถูกต้อง เสนอราคาได้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อปิดการขายให้รวดเร็ว

• รวบรวมจัดเก็บข้อมูลและรายงานการปฏิบัติงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา ตลอดจนปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามแผนงานขายที่กำหนดไว้ และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท

Person Specification :

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in related fields

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher (Aviation Major)

• Skillfully in using AMADEUS system & computer literacy

• Previous knowledge on travel industry, airlines, hotel reservations and travel agents is a PLUS

• Good command of Thai and English

• Work cooperatively with internal and external related personnel

• Have good service mind and speak with manners always

• Detail-oriented person 

• High responsibilities in all the task given and be able to complete before deadlines

• จบการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท จากสาขาวิชาการบิน

• มีความสามารถและความรู้ความชำนาญในการจองเเละออกตั๋วเครื่องบินผ่านโปรเเกรม Amadeus

• มีประสบการณ์จริงด้านการจองตั๋ว-ออกตั๋วเครื่องบิน ผ่าน Amadeus 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไป

• เคยมีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับบริษัทการบินไทย สำรองที่นั่งเเละออกบัตรโดยสารจริงผ่านระบบ Amadeus

• เคยมีประสบการณ์ในการทำตั๋วเครื่องบินในบริษัททัวร์มาก่อน (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• ต้องมีความรับผิดชอบสูง เเม่นย่ำในการป้อนข้อมูลของผู้โดยสารถูกต้องเเละครบถ้วน

• มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva

• มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีใจรักในงานให้บริการ

• มีความขยันและอดทน สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา

• มีทักษะในการ พูด ฟัง อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ ได้
