Job Description

Site Manager - Consumer Sales

Main Roles and Responsibilities
Site Manager is expected to achieve the company’s distribution objectives by leveraging his/her knowledge of the following: KC products and categories, internal and external sales and marketing data; General Trade operations in terms of route to market (market knowledge) and distribution operations.

Incumbent should possess the adequate management and leadership skills so as to assist, mentor, train and motivate his/her distributor teams towards achieving the company’s objectives.

Business Objectives

1. Budget and Target – Manage Trade Promotional Budget.

2. Volume - Maximize sales and manage the allocated Trade Fund to generate the desired profitable sales mix. 

3. Strategic Business Planning - Develop and implement distributor/s and/or customer business plan in alignment with the company strategic Sales, Marketing & Category Plans

Distribution

1. Distribution – Implement data analysis and other programs to optimize KC Reach/Coverage. Achieve coverage, call/day, effective call (productive call), work plan targets                                     

2. Availability – Implement priority code lists by customer type 

3. GT Model – Implement 'a cost-efficient' GT Model.

4. Optimal Customer Service

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Highly desirable 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales/ Trade/ Territory or Area management within well-known multinational or/ and local FMCG company.
  • Consumer/Customer/ Client Understanding.
  • Good Sales Negotiation and sales analysis
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Be communicable in English.
  • Be proficient in MS. Outlook, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
  • High passion to work and consistently develop.
