Lead and manage the overall execution of MEP construction projects, particularly Data Center projects, ensuring successful delivery in accordance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Establish, monitor, and manage key project KPIs covering schedule, cost, quality, safety, and overall project performance.

Manage and coordinate MEP disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and related building systems, ensuring proper integration with civil, structural, architectural, and IT/communication works.

Supervise and coordinate site teams, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.

Manage site issues by prioritizing critical problems, coordinating with relevant parties, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.

Prepare and implement project recovery plans in case of schedule delays, resource constraints, technical issues, or other project risks.

Act as a key point of contact with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage Variation Orders (VO), change requests, claims, additional works, and scope changes, including coordination of cost and schedule impacts.

Control overall project resources, manpower, subcontractors, procurement coordination, project budget, and cost performance.

Monitor project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans to minimize potential impacts on schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

Coordinate and oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C), system integration, inspection, handover, and project close-out activities, particularly for mission-critical Data Center systems.

Ensure all project activities comply with applicable engineering standards, contractual requirements, company procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Prepare and present project progress reports, KPI reports, risk reports, recovery plans, and management updates to clients and senior management.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP construction or engineering projects, with at least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or equivalent project leadership role.

Experience in managing Data Center construction projects, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale MEP projects is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge and practical experience in MEP construction, project planning, site management, Testing & Commissioning, and project handover.

Hold a valid Thai Professional Engineering License (Council of Engineers Thailand – Associate Engineer level or above) in a relevant engineering discipline.

Proven ability to manage project KPIs covering schedule, cost, quality, safety, and overall project performance.

Strong experience in managing subcontractors, project budgets, resources, construction schedules, and site operations.

Good understanding of Variation Orders, change management, claims, contracts, and project cost control.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage critical site issues and project recovery situations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary project teams.

Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and management.

Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.
