Key Account Manager (Merchandising) - (FMCG/ Fashion/ Electronics/Home)

Responsibility

  • Own top performing accounts under your respective category
  • Manage sellers’ online presence on JD Central to ensure stock, assortment, pricing and performance is growing
  • Manage SKU lifecycle - reduce number of inactive SKUs through stock replenishment
  • Coordinate and manage seller’s promotional calendar. Ensure SKUs are present in promotions (flash sales/ campaigns and etc.)
  • Ensure seller is meeting all the agreed SLAs (lead time, assortment and returns/ cancellations)
  • Prepare regular reports of progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Hold monthly sessions with BU to further plan assortment required
  • Host bi-monthly session with sellers to train sellers on new tool and walk through upcoming campaigns
  • Ensure the correct product solutions and services are delivered to sellers in a timely manner

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; 2+ years of experience in retail or eCommerce or category management
  • Familiar with marketplace platform model; ability to encourage sellers to reach sales target and other KPIs
  • Excellent executional skills; strong communication skills; outgoing personality and proactive in reaching out to others
  • Strong market analysis skills and ability to clearly analyze operational data, draw conclusion and devise actionable plan for sellers
  • Quick learner with strong professional ethics; proactive in solving problems; ability to work under high pressure
  • Excellent business English skills
