Process Improvement Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:  

  • Assist in production operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques

  • Work with Quality and test to deliver a robust and cost-effective end to end process

  • Identify and implement new technologies, specification of requirements

  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Sig Sigma tools and methodology / throughout the manufacturing facility and processes

  • Assist Process Owners in identifying barriers to project success and helps to drive changes when needed.

  • Problem solving in process an corrective action and Preventive action

  • Co-ordinate with all other departments mainly production, quality and maintenance to ensure maximum utilization of machines and keep track of all key indicators.


 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree Food Engineering major or related

  • 5 - 8 years experience in Process and Manufacturing

  • Understand BRC PPM for Food Packaging

  • Possesses basic statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to process improvement projects

  • Excellent in Office Application software, Words, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Excellent inter-personal skills to build relationship internally and externally

  • Cross-functional business team environment experience preferred

  • Good in Written & Spoken at English
