The Head of Information Security Office is responsible for developing and leading the enterprise-wide security program, including digital and physical assets and managing cybersecurity. Leading a team of security professionals and partners across domains including governance risk and compliance, security architecture and standards, security operations center, identity and data access management, business continuity, physical security and emergency management. The HISO will play a critical role in protecting bank's customers, employees and shareholders from the full range of security threats. They will define a clear security vision aligned to The Banks risk appetite and work with all stakeholders to ensure appropriate levels of prevention, detection, and response.
• Planning and Execution • Ensure continuous assessment of security posture to internal standards and external frameworks such as NIST and ISO • Deliver new security technology and next generation solutions to further security maturity • Protect TMBs customers, employees, shareholders, and intellectual property for security threats at all times • Manage security program and governance • Deliver business continuity and physical security program bank-wide
• Masters Degree in suitable discipline / -CISSP, CISM and/or CISA preferred • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of relevant security standards: NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS and others • Experience in Security Operations Centre and Security Analytics • Ability to manage large budgets with responsibility • Strong communication skills at all levels of organization. English proficiency • Strong change management capability • Able to lead agenda within an agile business environment • Passionate about IT and Cyber security agenda
