- Process disputes activities which include Retrieval Request, Chargeback, Representment, Compliance and Arbitration.
- Analyze disputes case in order to report all related units for investigation and action to solve it.
- Contact customer to close dispute case and any process dispute release in Visa Card / MasterCard / NITMX.
- Participate in card related system testing for all enhancement and new system.
- Interact with customer (cardholders and merchants),organization and international networks to resolve billing matters.
- Take all account abilities which the role is subjected to perform.
