Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of the global electronics manufacturer. The company operates its multiple production facilities in Asia. Our respected client is seeking an experienced regional recruitment manager, with the main task to manage the hiring activities for SEA. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Regional Recruitment Specialist design and deliver talent acquisition solutions and services to support the needs of the business in SEA region. You will be building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and consult with business/functional partners to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies, as well as managing end to end recruitment processes and operations for business-critical positions.
Manage recruitment processes, tools, and systems to ensure that staffing requirements are satisfied in the timeliest and cost-effective manner.
Carry out the full life-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of positions and levels to include posting, sourcing, reviewing resumes and screening candidates, making offers, and following up.
Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed.
Work with line managers across the region to develop job search strategies and job descriptions, post open positions internally and externally, and coordinate candidate process up to and including on boarding.
Provide guidance, training, and recommendations to senior managers across the region in all aspects of recruitment.
Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems
Execute all aspects of the recruitment strategy, employer branding, and hiring plans
Train and support managers in SEA region on interview skills and recruitment techniques.
Travel to assigned recruitment territories including college fairs, community events, individual visits, presentations, and related recruitment events. Execute effective campus/ university recruiting relations strategy (International Exchange Program, Internship Program) as required
Bachelor’s Degree of higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, or specialized knowledge equivalent to such degree.
Hands on working experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding
Experience with managing high volume, multiple recruitments at once.
Demonstrated interview skills and judgment in employee selection.
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
Experience in line managing staff, proven experience building capability for his/her team.
Advanced knowledge in modern Recruitment, to develop and implement social media strategies to make savings and develop branding to attract a wider and diverse pools of professionals.
Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
Proficient in all MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
