HRBP to Sales & Marketing (FMCG)

Job Scope: This position is responsible for mainly Business Partner to Sales and Marketing and operating of Staffing and Employer Branding

 

Key Result Area & Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Headcount Planning and Budgeting

  • Communicate with Management team to get a clear view on their hiring needs as per organizational goals
  • Ensure current staff numbers are sufficient and appropriately distributed
  • Recruitment Budget planning and monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process

 Recruitment and hiring process

  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including job description, recruitment measurement)
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source to engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
  • Recruitment Training for Line managers
  • Ensure on boarding process are align with hiring policy and meet satisfy to newcomer (Employment contract, Employee Data Announcement and prepare for other joining preparation)
  • Conduct Probation Evaluation process
  • Conduct Exit Interview to get insight of turnover trend to provide and feedback preventive plan or other relevant action

Reporting

  • Provide related report to country and regional (Manpower Report, Turnover report and other Manning report as per request)
  • Manage recruitment databases

Business Partner

  • Partner with our Sales and Marketing and GROHE leadership team to build programs that scale the organization, build high performing teams, and develop best in class leaders
  • Consult to line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Coach and provide advice to leaders and employees regarding strategic and complex organizational and employee issues while providing proactive and pragmatic solutions
  • Use your in-depth business and HR knowledge to help build a recruiting strategy for the department as we continue to scale at a rapid pace
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Act as an executive coach for key clients and leaders; hold a high bar for leadership values and behaviors
  • Influence and/or deploy practices to leverage diversity, increase employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Leverage the wider HR function and specifically partner with Learning and Development, Recruiting, and Business Operations to execute company priorities and solutions

Employer Branding

  • Define current page of company value proposition to create a powerful employer branding program

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Human Resources or any related fields
  • Must have 5-7-years of experience as a strategic HRBP
  • Must have 7-10 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
  • Prefer candidate to have experience from FMCG business
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Preferably has experience partnering with successful sales and marketing organizations
  • Able to independently execute actions as per commitment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good command of English (speaking, writing and reading)
  • Be positive with “Can Do” attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in an environment that is dynamic fast paced, constantly changing
  • Able to work under limited resources and high pressure
  • Strong business partnering with sale, marketing functions to support structural gaps, business challenges and competency gaps in our aim to be an industry benchmark.
  • Ability to provide in depth advice and tracking and monitoring support to the leaders in areas related to resources, skills, growth and succession planning
