Training Delivery Manager

Job Description

  • Achieve the financial LS BU Target- Sales Order and Revenue
  • Control the LS cost rate
  • Establish customer relationships and prevent customer’s complaints
  • Control Service & Quality of Training Delivery
  • Make training delivery plan and perform training operation smoothly and effectively

    Candidate Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering / Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in (1) Customer training sales & Management or (2) Training delivery having worked either in a telecommunications or IT supplier or academy environment
  • Excellent skills in both Oral and Written Presentation, good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills both spoken and written English is a must
  • Able to work overseas and extra hours
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Able to both spoken and written Chinese language is priority.
